Pulsar synthesis generative multichannel composition.

The study derives from axial relations between sets of two speakers within a upward facing quadraphonic suspended array.

As the composition evolves, it randomly explores the dimension and the specificity of the room acoustics, the input values assigned as distance and height within speakers are treated as variables among the inter-objective system in which the damaging limits of the speakers as well as the micro-temporalities in the algorithmic processes result in occasional excitation of certain resonance followed by sped up or slowed down modulations, producing acoustical appearance of larger or shorter distances depending on the amplitude and speed of the oscillating pulses.

The study was first presented at Liebig 12 and as part of the Vorspiel Transmediale 2018.
